Nirmal Lashkari is the founder of LashkariProperties. He is based in Indore, India, and runs the site as a sole proprietorship — there is no separate company behind the brand.
He built the platform after watching friends and family treat listing prices and monthly payments as if they were the whole decision. The tools exist so anyone can see the loan, the deposit, the yield, or the cash-to-close on one screen, without sending those figures to a server.
The calculators are educational. They are not a brokerage, not a lender, and not personal financial, tax, or legal advice. When a rule depends on a country, a state, or a lender, the pages say so and point you to a local professional.
