Who you are writing to

LashkariProperties is run by Nirmal Lashkari, founder, from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. It is a sole proprietorship, so the person who wrote the guide is the person who answers the email. There is no support tier and no outsourced inbox.

What to include so we can answer properly

The calculators are deterministic, which means a disputed figure can almost always be traced to a specific input. If your question is about a number:

• Name the tool or the guide, and the country or state it applied to.
• List the values you entered — price, rate, term, deposit, rent, expenses — and the figure you expected instead.
• For a data correction, include the official source you are working from. Rate and threshold changes are the most useful reports we receive, and they get logged in the rule change log.

What we cannot help with

We are not a brokerage, a lender or a mortgage intermediary, so we cannot value your property, introduce you to a lender, quote you a rate, or tell you whether to proceed with a specific purchase. What we can do is explain how a figure was produced and which local professional is the right one to confirm it — a solicitor or conveyancer for title and tax, an accountant for a tax position, a licensed adviser or broker for a mortgage decision.

What happens to what you send

An enquiry is stored so it can be answered and then kept for 24 months. It is never sold, and it is never passed to a third party for marketing. Nothing you type into a calculator reaches this form or any server — those figures stay in your browser. Data requests go to privacy@lashkariproperties.com; the full detail is in the privacy policy.
