Every jurisdiction page embeds the same stamp duty calculator with its official band schedule pre-selected, so the result you see is the number the revenue authority would produce for the standard residential case. Where a jurisdiction publishes “$X plus Y% over Z” schedules (Australia, Canada) the calculator applies the marginal bands exactly as the schedule is written.
Figures are indicative planning values compiled in August 2026 from the named official sources on each page. Rates are revised every financial year in most countries, and reliefs change with budgets — always confirm the live rate with the local revenue authority or a conveyancer before you sign.
